OBITUARY ---------------

JACOB PFRANG

Redwood City Democrat

August 2, 1902

Death of Jacob Pfrang, the eldest son of Mrs. C. Groner, passed away at his mother’s home in this city last week after several weeks of sulffering from lung troubles. The deceased was a native of Germany, though the greater part of his life was spent in this city, where he received his education. He was an accomplished musician. He was laid to rest in Union Cemetery, Sunday afternoon, many friends being present to console the afflicted mother and sister and brother of the deceased in their sorrow. Mrs. Groner and family return heartfelt thanks to the many kind neighbors for their words and works of sympathy during her bereavement.
